An American army officer, Kenneth Holbert, is after a Mexican bandit, El Zorro, who he doesn't know is his long-lost twin brother. Dorothy Holbert has a hard time figuring out which is which, especially since Romanian native Renaldo uses the same accent for both brothers.
Woody Woodpecker is wandering around the wild west again seeking to find some buried gold and he tangles with a crook who wishes to find the gold for himself. Woody finally disposes of the villain by shooting him into outer space via a rocket, another favorite method used by Woody to rid himself of whatever he wanted rid of at the moment. The horse steals the film.
A young cowboy falls in love with the daughter of a rich rancher, and they plan to marry. However, the cowboy winds up getting in a fight with the girl's cousin and is forced to shoot him. Believing that he has killed the man and will be prosecuted for murder, the cowboy flees and ends up working on a ranch in Oregon, where his cowboy skills impress the owner to the extent that he is picked as the ranch's entrant in the World Rodeo Championships held in nearby Pendleton--a competition in which his fiancé's ranch is also entered.
Broncho Billy, a doctor and minister in the far west, is overwhelmed with grief one evening when he returns to his home to find a note from his wife stating that she could not bear the loneliness any longer and had gone to town with the man she loved. A few years later she is forced to her bed where she finally dies of a broken heart. Broncho had been told of her condition and hastens to her in time to kiss and forgive her. The negligent husband returns and Broncho Billy forgetting himself, is about to slay the man, when he suddenly remembers the note his wife had left for him, with these words, "Never forget your duty to your God."

The Pike gang steal $30,000 from the Adams Bank, but one of them double crosses the rest of the gang and hides the money in Fort Dodge, Nevada. As Fort Dodge is out of his jurisdiction, Deputy Sheriff 'Rocky' Lane (Allan Lane) takes a vacation there and finds that everything is owned by 'Skeeter' Davis (Chubby Johnson), who knows nothing about the hidden money. Protecting himself in an attack by rustlers, Rancher Steve Holden believes he has killed one of the attackers, young Bud Mathews, who in reality has warned Holden of the rustlers' approach.
