The film is about Billy, a middle brother in a mob family who is struggling in life. Billy is forced to work in a murder mystery dinner theater to help his older brother steal money. When Billy is at his lowest, he is visited by Angela, a long-lost love who wants to save him. However, Angela is hiding secrets that will change Billy and the world. Crew describes the film as "a love story, a mob tale, and a morality play".
