In an old Sino-Thai community in the Southern Thailand, Sorn, an elderly man, faces a state of elusive wakefulness while becoming addicted to the mysterious attempting orgasm, This forces Rin, his wife, to deal with his delirious ramblings and strange illnesses constantly.
